Client Development Sales Support Administrator

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include: Getting costs and stock availability etcOrdering of samples using Sync and arranging collection and delivery thereofKeeping up to date with new products and product development internally and externally.Accurate quoting of products and services to the client using Sync or PastelFollow up of quotesOpening of Job cardsManaging required margins on Sync and making sure the correct costing % are loadedConfirming order and order number from client or Sales ExecutiveConfirming client info and making sure client info form is completed and submitted to accounts dept and loaded on sync and PastelSync or Pastel order procedure to be followed.Process invoice or picking slip as required and forward to warehouse for processingArrange artwork to be forwarded to the art dept.Confirming delivery dates with production and recording correct delivery dates on the job cards (Sync)Following up on jobs in production and confirming delivery for clients and informing them of changes.i.e new delivery dates.Escalate any potential problems to the Department HeadEnsuring Embroideries and samples are approved timeouslyNegotiating and planning of urgent orders with production and suppliers.Opening Sample job cards and following up on delivery of themCompleting of Credit requests and credit applications on behalf of client and submitting to accounts.Notify client by mail or fax that order has been dispatched or couriered and what the waybill number isCompile back order list/ report and manage process and feedback to relevant clientCommunicate with Despatch with regards to urgent collections or deliveries requiredCandidate Requirements/ Experience:Grade 12 plus post matric qualificationAbove-average Computer LiteracySYNC Knowledge and experienceIf you have not been responded to within 21 days of the closing date please accept that your application was not successful.
