Permanent Talent Manager


Description Our client based in Durbanville is seeking to appoint a well-rounded, positive, and dynamic Talent Manager. The Talent Manager will manage specialised recruitment administration and provide supportive HR functionalities to management that include the full employment life cycle management. Requirements: Completed Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.1 3 years experience in a similar role that specialises in recruitment and talent management.Target and performance driven.Excellent writing and communication skills.Understanding of the Labour Law.Technical Recruitment experience.Key Performance Areas: Strategic planning surrounding internal recruitment.Ensure that recruitment advertising channels are maintained and up to date.Systems administration (tracking and recording of CV's sent and progress of active jobs).Management of job descriptions.Manage and negotiate offers and contracts.Communication with candidates and agencies.Research on comparable salaries.Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports to management.Coordinate and manage the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.Coordinate and manage the probation reviews of new employees.Coordinate and manage the overall retention strategy, inclusive of the implementation of new initiatives.Coordinate KPI reviews.Chair Sport and Social Committee.Internal company branding and engagement.Schedule IR meetings.H&S Representative.Time and attendance.Leave and Sick Leave Management.Policy development and implementation.Other administration tasks typical associated within an HR and resourcing environment.To apply, please send your CV to ******Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
