Taking Names And Closing Saas Deals


We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive who gets a thrill out of qualifying and closingcommercial deals. This person will be joining a start-up that has cemented itself as being the preferred insurance platform provider for digital innovators in South Africa. This company has created an end-to-end cloud-based solution that packages all the compliance, regulatory, and reporting complexities behind easy-to-use APIs, which allows their clients to focus on delivering a greater customer experience. * Ensure that you have a high level of relevant industry knowledge and visibility so that you can effectively establish credibility and lead discussions with senior managers and decision-makers. * Participate in exhibitions, conferences, cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads personally. * Deliver tailored demos to prospects that are based on research, quality discovery conversations, and a critical evaluation of their needs and priorities. * Implement thoughtful closing strategies that address each prospect's specific objectives, company structure, personas and buying process. * Close deals quickly by executing POC's that optimize rapid delivery against clear criteria. * Develop winning RFP submissions for large enterprise deals. * Ensure our customers achieve high-impact commercial outcomes. * Maintain a high level of sales activity, sales hygiene, and reporting. * Get insight and feedback from our customers and prospects and share internally with the goal of improving our platform and operations. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant or related field. * At least 3 - 5 years of experience selling complex, high-value propositions into enterprises. * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets selling to Mid Market and Enterprise customers. * A passion for sales and the ability to learn fast. * Solid understanding of how to navigate large corporate buying processes and anticipate the challenges these customers have when adopting new, innovative technology. * Self-confidence and experience in interacting with C-level executives to create and sustain trust. * Ability to quickly assimilate information and make sound judgment calls under uncertainty with incomplete information. * Self-motivation and a results-driven approach. * Strong business acumen and proven ability to drive high-impact commercial outcomes. * Focused, organised with a strong ability to effectively prioritise. * Ability to effectively communicate the benefits of a complex technical solution to both technical and non-technical audiences, in both oral and written form. * The resilience, resourcefulness and conscientiousness to maintain momentum and grind out results.
