Sales Coordinator


Reputable, well-established hardware and build ware supplier offers an exciting opportunity to a bilingual, energetic and intelligent young lady or gentleman. A background in sales order processing is advantageous.This role reports to the Truss Plant Divisional Manager. On the job training will be provided.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Invoicing of trussesInvoicing of sundriesOrdering of sheets and tilesPricelist to reps and salespersonsLeave off trusses plant staff /Sage and AstroSending PODs to Internal Branches and sometimes invoicesBabbage quote when needed from repDealing with Suppliers when ordering sheets and tilesInvoicing of inter-branch stockFiling of quotes when doneRecon on invoices when neededStatus reportsTripsheet preparation and processingCasual book (cash wages)Health and Safety evacuation memberOpening of Deposit AccountsAny special orders that need to be done regarding the truss purchasesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Speak English and Afrikaans fluently. Your written and spoken communication skills will be tested!PC proficient in MS Office (Excel).Numeracy acumen (must enjoy working with figures and calculations).Good writing skills.Have a Matric/ N3 Certificate with good marks (in Mathematics or Accounting).Have a relevant diploma and or experience (advantageous).A driver's license is highly advantageous.Clean criminal history.SA ID Holder.BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES:Have a good attitude.
