These 2 junior changeconsultants will assist with the data and governance workstream that the seniorchange consultant is busy managing to ensure smooth running of the wholeproject.Employee information capture processCollation and analysis of employee informationDissemination of correct employee information to project streamsLogistical/change support of all Change Leads where requiredAssist with general database management and quality controlWhere applicable, support during employee workshops and orientation sessionsExperienceTertiary qualification in IT, Office Mgt or Human Resources preferred.3-5 years experience is a must.Financial and Insurance Sector experience advantageous,Change management techniques exposure advantageous.Working with cross functional teams advantageousDealings with IT teams advantageous.
