Responsibilities.People Identify and support the productivity and training needs ofcolleagues and clients within agreed timescales. Interact with clients, lawyers, investors and administratorseffectively and professionally. Clearly own your functional area in the view of clients and your team membersProcess Confidently perform senior reviews of KYC Profiles in collaborationwith the MLRO and senior colleagues. Ensure that all activity reflects a defined process and is undertakenwithin its parameters Present a clear weekly view of Managed KYC team activity andcurrent status Understand and explain the regulatory basis for Managed KYC aspart of regular training Own the Managed KYC service and act as primary point of contactfor all clients and staff Build and maintain excellent client relationships ensuring smoothdelivery of the Managed KYC service Confidently address questions on the standard and scope of KYCprovided to parties on behalf of our clients Engage in regular communications with service users to ensure successful client outcomesSystem Maximize the use of technology in all processes inorder to control risk and improve efficiency Navigate efficiently around TIDR in support of yourdutiesSuggest technology improvements in pursuit of efficiencyManagement Deputize for the Managed Services Manager in his/herabsence.
