An opportunity is available for a Project Administrator to be based in the Durban area.Requirements:MatricMinimum 3 to 4 years’ experience within a training environmentKnowledge and experience in learnerships and SETA programmes with proven experience in the administration of learnership projectsAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external clients, staff and management on all levelsExcellent administration and time management skillsStrong editing and proof-reading capabilitiesAbility to multi-task and prioritiseExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Proficient in MS Office with the ability to use online toolsValid drivers’ licence and own reliable vehicle to travel to clients and sites when requiredThird language will be an advantageDuties and Responsibilities:Ensure compliance in terms of document management and record keepingArticulate documentation in a professional manner, research, design and develop entry level type contentBuild and maintain client relationships – internal and externalPlan recruitment and training curriculum activitiesDrive telesales activity to reach outputs of new clients callsProvide excellent customer service delivery to clientsCoach, upskill and support individuals in departments by assisting and sourcing recruitment initiativesCommunicate and work closely with recruitment and skills development project teamsPrepare, present and deliver administrative duties and documents in a professional and collaborative mannerConduct research according to subject matterPlan, schedule, administer and support recruitment and skills training development projects and initiativesConduct administrative, recruitment and entry level training activities across major areasConduct cold calls of introduction to the new prospectsDevelop and maintain a network base and manage, track and complete processes with prospective clientsCompile reports and tracking system for management and ensure required deadlines are met
