Payroll Administrator – Employees VIP Premier Payroll – Atlantis R18 – R24 per monthFood Processing Plant seeks an experience Payroll Administrator, to Assist the HR manager and team with the effective running of the department by fulfilling daily HR and Payroll duties. You will conduct research and analyze data and need strong problem-solving skills You will manage electronic timekeeping systems and pull timesheets, daily office attendance and related admin i.e. leave applications, etc., assisting with the processing/calculating of weekly payable hours and deductions for 4 payrolls consisting of approx. employees, ensure payslips are printed and issued, pull weekly and monthly payroll reports and send to relevant parties, calculate overtime for monthly salaries. You will capture monthly payroll leave schedules and any other related admin, assist in answering employee’s questions regarding payroll related matters once the investigation is done regarding the discrepancy, maintain employee records as well as maintaining and updating payroll records, do the processing of new employees, promotions and terminations and provide administrative assistance to the accounts department. You will assist in capturing, screening, and monitoring all COVID:19 cases and audits (BEE, EE, Seta, and DoL) and do internal audits Must be able to complete UI-19s and maternity documents accurately. Must know BCEA and LRA and VIP Premier Payroll and ESS, Viper and/or T&A. Diploma and or Degree in business administration or HR, proficiency in Microsoft Office , strong in Word and Excel
