Marketing Account Manager


The successful candidate should be an extroverted person, happy meeting new people and good at building customer relationships. Key skills will include relationship management, being organized with administration, problem solving, time management, prioritizing multiple projects and being self-motivated.Requirements:A relevant degree or qualification in marketing or sales.Minimum 1 year(s) experience in a marketing/account manager role.Strong verbal and written skills.Good understanding of the MS Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, One Note & Outlook).Must have a strong technical aptitude.Duties & Responsibilities:Relationship management initial introductions once accounts are handed over from sales team, calls and monthly visits to meet with clients and update of new developments.Training - training clients on how to use all systems and features available to themProvide Customer Support and system support be the customers first point of call should they need assistance or when issues may ariseProblem Solve and Trouble Shoot system issues being able to use initiative and take steps to resolve issues should come naturally.Present & interpret reports to clients and internally to the sales and marketing team.Keep the client cards updated meeting notes, contact details, changes to systems, issues noted and actions to be taken, weekly client meeting reports submitted to national account manager.Implementing services and products which clients should be using training clients on these products and using reporting and statistics to follow up and correct.Interpret & draft Client Briefs when new projects are sold in, as well as copywriting & proof-reading marketing materialCommunicating with all parties to keep your teams informed updating various channels of communication so that management can use key points taken from meetings to drive changes, take action and make improvements where necessary.
