We have a Candidate Database of over 3 million registered users, all with full resume profiles and rank as one of SAs busiest websites in terms of Unique Visitors and Traffic.*PRIMARY FUNCTION* To achieve or exceed your Monthly Sales Target & KPIs by actively selling PNet products and services *GENERAL DUTIES* * Daily prospecting for new corporate accounts * Preparing proposals and quotations that identify clients needs in a professional and timeous manner * Face to face & online meetings and presentations to potential prospects * Daily cold calling and achieving minimum set KPIs consistently * Developing and maintaining company presence in the marketplace through cold calling, emailing and phoning * Identifying new customers within the Macro SME sector through networking, referrals, and research * Matching prospects requirements to existing services via well-constructed written proposals * Professionally demonstrating service offered * Resolving customer enquiries quickly and effectively * Following up on all leads rapidly and effectively. * Dealing with all meetings and clients in an urgent and focussed manner * Ensuring proper comprehension of PNet services offered * Training customers on the proper use of the PNet services * Performing customer care calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Do follow up and repeat visits and calls to develop long term sustainable relationships with clients *JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Plans, organises and prioritises the following sales activities on a daily basis: Perform sufficient prospecting calls to accounts allocated and own sourced leads (cold calls) daily to identify potential new business or continue to promote customer awareness with previous contacts, identify key decision maker (s) in the pursuit of pushing for new business leads and contacts. * Document and Maintain CRM System (SAP) with all pertinent and required customer information. * Do regular promotions and follow up to create sales opportunities. * Be customer centric with Service Excellence as your Mantra! * Provide follow up information to prospects summarizing the key points of call, quotations and as other documents necessary to push the sales effort * Discuss terms of contracts & service clearly and thoroughly with customer to clarify all costs of ownership to close sales negotiations effectively and professionally * Completes paperwork and maintain a sense of urgency and commitment in getting clients on board * Submit all prospecting lists activities and any other sales information required by Sales Manager *SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* * Achieving set monthly sales targets * Professional presentation of the companys products and services * Close new business and maintain customer relationships to protect client base * Work closely with peers and become part of a growing positive team *REQUIRED SKILLS THAT MUST BE DEVELOPED ON AN ON GOING BASIS* * Working knowledge of Value Based Sales Techniques and Discovery Conversations. * Be Highly motivated, self-driven with high activity levels and a Winning Desire * Be persistent and tenacious * Have high energy levels and be able to cope with a multitude of tasks, problems and challenges on an ongoing basis * Ability to deal with senior executive at corporate level personal presentation, communication skills and grammar, social and business etiquette must be at a very professional level * Mental agility and thinking on your feet. * Handling objections and creating value for the companys products and services in a highly competitive market * Ability to fully understand the needs of prospects and clients through astute listening skills. * Have a needs assessment or problem solving mentality * Capacity to develop and deliver complex proposals * Closing new business * Understanding the competitors and competitor offerings, pricing and differentiators * Computer/software and technology knowledge. * Be prepared to research new Trends in Industry and have the desire to become a trusted advisor and Subject Matter expert. * Industry knowledge within all relevant business sectors * Presentation skills up to board room level * Matric - A degree a definitive advantage. * Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Non-negotiable * A minimum 3-5 years experience in sales with a proven track record * Ability to deal with senior executives at a corporate level * Accurate and reliable forecasting with good numerical and analytical ability * Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Ability to function independently with high levels of responsibility and accountability * 2-3 Years experience selling into the SME market Market related basic salary plus lucrative commission structure. * Matric - A degree a definitive advantage. * Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Non-negotiable * A minimum 3-5 years experience in sales with a proven track record * Ability to deal with senior executives at a corporate level * Accurate and reliable forecasting with good numerical and analytical ability * Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Ability to function independently with high levels of responsibility and accountability * 2-3 Years experience selling into the SME market
