Main duties and responsibilities:Processing of PPS Marketing, PPS Namibia, PPS Life Advisory Fixed and PI payrollsDistribution of payslips for above companies3rd party payments and schedules for above companiesLoading of temps monthly or as requiredAll payroll related administration for above companiesCompletion of EMP process on e-filingDaily query resolution on above companies including password requestsAdministration of IT88 processAdministration of the workmans compensationAdministration of Income tax requests on EasyfileAssistance with year-end and budget tasksCompletion of monthly reporting to Group Finance team and other areas of business as requiredMaintenance of required monthly payroll records Education: Matric (Grade 12)Studying towards an Accounting related degree or a diploma advantageous Experience: 2 to 3 years working experience in a similar roleAccsys system experience advantageous Knowledge and Skills: Accounting knowledgeStrong Excel and MS knowledgeCompetencies:Good interpersonal skillsEffective communication skillsHigh attention to detailSelf-starter and high integrity levels due to confidential information administeredClient focusQuality orientationRelationship buildingResults orientation Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.PPS has in place a COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, which is applicable to all employees as a term and condition of employment.
