Job Description To effectively sell life assurance products at branch levelTo use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of Two Mountains'products from walk in prospectsTo accurately identify insurance needs by asking effective questions and listening attentivelyMatch benefits accordingly and demonstrate how a product satisfies the needsGain commitment to recommended action around buying an insurance productTo handle objections and overcome them with easeDevelop sales strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sell insuranceExplain features, advantages of policies and/ products to promote a salePerform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records of potential clientsSeek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clientsCustomer ServiceTo service all walk in customers end to end and ensure customer satisfactionAction all customer requests and retain existing customer by identifying cross sell and upsell opportunitiesConsultants to assist clients face to face with end to end policy administrationFull and accurate assessment of all maintenance requests within scope, in terms of policy processes and proceduresMaintaining clear and consistent communication with internal & external parties regarding maintenance of policies and requirements thereofFollow up on outstanding requirements with internal & external parties.Maintaining professional verbal and written communication with customers (internal and external)Ensure that the targets are met.To resolve all incoming queries effectively and efficiently thus ensuring customer satisfactionAssist in identifying the areas of concern to improve the branchs and departments productivity and attainment to planCustomer service delivery according to the specification of the branchFostering a service delivery culture within the branchAttend to the needs of walk in clients requests, process required changes, and ensure that all necessary forms are fully completed, signed and indexedConduct internal QA checks on captured work and spot checks on printed emailContact clients on incomplete new business and records daily statsFull knowledge, understanding and ability to accurately, scan, index and allocate mail on workflow within SLA timeAdhere to all CCT processes and proceduresAttend to parked items on workflowQualificationsMatricPost Matric QualificationRE (added Advantage)2 years call Centre or Sales experienceSelf motivated and the ability to work without supervisionAbility to work under pressureStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to solve problems and decision makingAdditional InformationContract Type : Independent ContractCandidates must preferably reside at Daveyton, Thokoza, Spruitview, Thembisa and SpruitviewEarn by unlocking a basic salary by meeting targets , pluscommission and incentives.
