Bookkeeper And Finance Administrator

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:General bookkeeping functions: Create purchase orders, process invoices and credit notes, capture payments and receipts, reconcile accountsManagement of petty cash and Company credit cardsProduce and distribute monthly management reports to agreed timescalesProduce required financial reports for members of the team and Board of DirectorsProduce required annual financial reports and statements to agreed timeProduce detailed quarterly cash flow forecastsDevelop annual budgets in collaboration with the MD and CFOMonthly payroll administrationSubmit VAT, PAYE, UIF timeouslyEnsure that all balance sheet reconciliations are produced on an accurate and timely basis to include bank reconciliations, debtors, creditors and inter-company accountsEnsure implementation and adherence to finance policies, procedures and systemsMonthly office grocery and stationery requirement purchases Candidate Requirements/ Experience:Relevant tertiary qualification in accountingMinimum of three years experience in a finance and/or bookkeeping roleMinimum of two years experience using Pastel and Sage VIPAdvanced Microsoft Office and Outlook experienceIf you have not been responded to within 21 days of the closing date please accept that your application was not successful.
