Do you want to use and develop this knowledge and interest by taking on the role as our new Product Owner for Workforce Management at JYSK?Now, here is your chance!As our new Product Owner in Workforce Management your job responsibilities are mainly focused on:Setting the direction and be the voice of the business stakeholders within Workforce Management area today supported by a non-SAP Workforce Management systemProject Leader rolling out Workforce Management system in new countriesOngoing dialogue with internal stakeholders to secure existing and new flows are improved, optimized and implementedOwn and refine the Product Backlog to optimize the value of the work our HR IT Team performs2nd/3rd level Support, Training, Test and Documentation is an important part of getting the workforce management system a success and to achieve the goalsOur team is responsible for optimal usage and development of the systems related to Employee Master Data and Workforce Management in close cooperation with HR IT.We work closely with JYSK Retail, Finance, Salary Departments and Distribution Centers in the countries. We support and deliver to the entire organisation which covers the Head Office in Aarhus, 9 Distribution Centres spread across Europe and more than stores across the 28 countries.Your work location will either be at our Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark; at our Regional Head Office in Flensburg, Germany or you have an option to be located at one of our local JYSK Offices in the countries depending on your preferences.You must expect occasionally travelling days to meet stakeholders in other countries.
