Lead, Business Service

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.Job PurposeProactively drives all lifecycle activities relating to business IT services in the portfolio in consultation with the Product Owner, supported by Feature and Component teams and the Release Train Engineer. Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesDesign, define and document the Business Services, monitoring and reporting on the required service levelsInvestigate Service level performance requirements in consultation with the Product owners/managers ensuring they are measurable and regularly reviewedDevelop and execute multi-year service strategy and plans enabling delivery on the value propositionFormulate a multi-year service strategy to enable delivery on the value proposition, keeping services aligned with evolving business needs, solution design, planned service investments, to ensure stability and availabilityManage service stability, availability and restorationAssess and communicate service risks and the potential impact of planned production changes (planned release train changes or infrastructure changes)Perform service trend analysis, consulting with IT Service Management (ITSM), considering Change, Incident and Problem metrics, identifying performance, remediation and optimisation items to be included in the specific BacklogMake visible and optimise the total cost of ownership by managing service economicsService partner and business stakeholder management maintaining effective internal and external relationshipsExecuting on IT Service Management CapabilityMinimum Qualification and ExperienceDegree : IT and Computer Sciences or Business CommerceITIL V3/V4 Foundation and SAFE Agile CertificationBusiness Partnering and Service Management : 7-10 years ExperienceFinancial analysis knowledge and knowledge of service pricing methods and techniques.Global mind-set with the ability to develop strategy and translate it into actions and deliverables;Strong understanding of the business climate and technology needs in company locations globallyIT Operations & Support : 7-10 years ExperienceGood understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN & SCRUM proficiency.Broad exposure and knowledge of all aspects of ICT management and delivery.Strong working knowledge of ICT Management Frameworks such as ITIL v3, COBIT, ASL, etcFinancial Management Years: 3-4 Years Experience Description: Experience in managing an IT service budget
