Sauces Production ManagerA sauce manufacturing company of companies is looking to employ a well presented, professional Processing Production Manager, to start as soon as possible. At least 3 - 5 years proven work experience in the food/Sauce manufacturing industry in a senior positionAble to work under pressure, with good interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and analytical ability. Ability to work without supervision.Responsibility:- Diploma in Production Management/Food Technology and or equivalentComputer Literate Excel, Word and Outlook including ERP SystemsFSSC , GMP and HACCP compliant & certified - Knowledge and interpretation of health & safety- Excellent communication skills Write, Read & understand in English- Ability to do calculations in all units of measure, - Oversee all employees fulfil their required job activities and monitor their performance - Good people management skills and management of staff.- Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with various teams- Working well with many different departments - Maintain workflow and ensure the smooth running of the production plant ensuring recipes are strictly adhered to and documented accordingly- Consult any changes in production based on production planIdentifying problems and implement preventative strategies to minimise risk.- Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail-orientedReaching production targets & Driving efficiencies and being results and deadline driven.- Leading and motivating production staff- To oversee maintenance of all lines, implement preventative maintenance program- Continuously working on improvement actions- Maintaining accurate traceability throughout the production process and ensuring all paperwork is completed as per company food safety program- Ensuring all lines are producing efficiency rates, proactively managing product yields, and maintaining waste within the requirement targets - Complying with the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements ensuring compliance to all food safety regulations, allergen control, housekeeping and pest control - Participate in personal hygiene checks ensuring compliance to all food safety legislation and regulations, organizational food safety management system requirements. - Work very closely with Quality control manager and being part of the food safety team- Ensuring detailed CIP programme, verify results and implementing corrective actions where need be Please take not if you do not receive communication within 2 weeks, please regard your application as unsuccessful Salary: R10 .00 - 20 .00Job Reference #: STLConsultant Name: Antoinette Jacobs
