Hr Administrator


Good basic knowledge of HR proceduresThis role is mainly there to hold the fort while we establish some HR procedures in YZO. I need someone that can support management, but not remove accountability from them, so all processes and procedures should be there for managers to use and take ownership of. We do not believe that there is a full-time resource necessary there right now, but once we have had a chance to optimize systems and processes, we will reassess. The aim here is to build HR capability for the management team there, so they are less reliant on HR. * Recruitment (have done interviews, reference checks, etc before) * IR / discipline procedures (warnings, disciplinary hearings, counselling etc) * Absenteeism management (Sick, AWOL, unplanned absence) * TNA system management (knowledge of TNA systems, how they function, drawing reports etc) * Overtime management * Some exposure to giving training to staff / management (not a must, I can train the person) * Have either designed and or implemented some HR processes & procedures (not a requirement, but someone that can look at what is happening there now, evaluate our TNA system, explore optimisation thereof and can make improvements) * Ability to create rapport with staff and management * Professional energetic young person * As there is a lot of manual reporting, good excel skills will be necessary. * Well organised * Any HR qualification or studying towards would be advantageous.
