The successful candidate must have the following:Requirements: Possession of excellent interpersonal skills Having a comprehensive knowledge of the goals, objectives, products and services of the organization Exhibition of strong organizational skills Having creative and analytical thinking ability Having the ability to multi-task effectively 2-4 years proven experience in a dispatch or service coordinator role is beneficial. Intimate knowledge of coffee/beverage industry would be a massive benefit Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, both independently and as a team Excellent verbal & written communication and professional customer service skills are a must Strong time management and multitasking skills Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain good attendance Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new software platforms Own transport Responsibilities: Facilitate coffee equipment repairs for clients. Monitor service calls and technicians for an assigned geographical region to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met Work hands-on with field supervisors to ensure service calls are dispatched properly and efficiently Provide support to field technicians and service agents work order management, facilitate technical support, etc. Communicate professionally with client management and store partners to ensure all service requirements are met Process customer service requests and inquiries via phone and emailStarting based on experience To start soonest
