Area Manager

We are on a look out for an experience and suitably qualified Area Manager in our telecommunication space to deliver the client KPIs (drive sell out, maintain, and grow retail assets and retail mapping) through effective in-store execution and building strong business relationships with store owners and their managers.You responsibilities as an Area Manager:Area management and coordination of the team within the region.Monitor and drive KPIs.Ensure in field presence and support with reporting and insightsDevelop alternative strategies to increase salesEnsure timely implementation of promotional activities and communicate non-complianceEffective stakeholder relationship managementEffective management of assets and expensesEffective teamwork and self- managementCall cycle managementRequirementsWhat are we looking for?To qualify for this role, you should have: Matric3 - 4 years sales experience.2 years Cellular / Consumer electronics environment at Managerial/Supervisory levelOwn reliable vehicleTech SavvyValid Drivers licence plus own reliable vehicle Please note: The health and well-being of our employees has always been a priority to our organisation.
