Qualifications required:Degree in AccountingSkills and experience required:Minimum of 5 years working experience with municipalities, managing agents and metering companiesValid Drivers LicenseJob description:Liaising with managing agents and metering companies on a regular basis regarding utilities and utility reportsManagement and preparation of various reports relating to the following:o Green meteringo SHEQ Utilitieso Land valuation and tariffs for QS divisionProvide required information monthly for inclusion in the Body Corporate financial reportReviewing and amending monthly reports prepared by the Municipal teamMonthly management and tracking of AODs within the body corporate liabilitiesLiaising with managing agents and legal division when AODs are requiredAccurately preparing monthly schedule on prepayments for the finance departmentUpdating and preparing the monthly accruals reportProviding support and assistance to the team when preparing and dealing with complex reconciliationsPreparation of land rate payment requisitionsEnsuring that the allocation of current usage is accurate and deferring prepaid updatesAccurate and timely preparation of the Municipal workflow chartManaging and working with the Municipal teamAssisting and providing support where required to the Manageress of the Municipal DivisionPlease consider your application unsuccessful if you have not heard from us within 1 week.We will keep your details on file for future positions.
