Purpose of the PositionTo promote workplace diversity and employee development - provide direction to business on Management Control, Skills Development and Employment Equity. Ensure achievement of group transformation objectives and targets on all human capital related pillars. Identify, develop and monitor diversity and human capital development initiatives, programmes and targets. Monitor compliance with group policies related to diversity and employee development.Behavioral Competencies- Relationship Building- Conflict Resolution- Decision Making- Critical Appraisal- Holistic Thinking- Persuading and Influence- Coaching- Team Player Key Performance Objectives- Provide guidance and support to Business on Skills Development, Employment Equity and Management Control- Formulate and execute of comprehensive diversity program and tactical plan- Partner with HR teams in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining training and development programmes (including structured management development programmes incorporating various development elements such as secondments, job shadowing etc.) geared at creating opportunities and promoting diversity throughout the organisation- Partner with recruitment and sourcing teams in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining minimum compliance standards for recruitment Service Providers- Design and deliver training as and when required- Ensure consistent and group wide application of EE/ development/diversity policies and other group policies with EE/ development/diversity implications- Facilitation of BBBEE verifications across group on all Human Capital elements QualificationsExperience / Skills- A minimum of 5 -8 years experience in a Transformation or similar role- Knowledge of BBBEE, EEA, Skills Development and Skills Development Levies Act and other labour legislation, regulatory and compliance frameworks- Report Writing Techniques- Presentation skills- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and - Word skills- Excellent interpersonal skills- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels of the company
