Bpo - Business Development Specialist
Required Experience:Relevant Qualification5+ years'' BPO / Contact Centre sales & account management experienceExperience with business development for Contact Centres and BPO services (essential)Solid Experience in proposing and delivering solutionsSolid experience with: Business development, prospecting, sales conversion, monitoring performance targets, sales pipeline funnel management.Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentationsRemuneration structure is basic salary + incentives (commission, sales bonus, etc.)Self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, organised, flexible.Project management.Prepared to take ownership and responsibility for various products, targets and strategic initiatives.Driven, ambitious and have the aptitude to learn quickly within a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities: Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients, using all means available. Leverage of key account team in order to Seek new business opportunities within existing clients, using all means available. Present TCRS and the solutions to potential clients. Generate awareness and preference for the business and its services. Work with the marketing team to develop and send promotional material, create thought leadership articles, attend and present at business forums and events, build relationships with business associations, etc. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Work with internal TCRS teams to customise product solutions to increase customer satisfaction. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Report to Group Executive: Business Development & Capital Solutions on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to present sales pipeline opportunities and status. Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. Gather useful information from client and competitor data. Examine legal agreements to ensure details are clear. Identify, re-negotiate or opt-out windows and request changes prior to signed agreement. Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed. Close new business opportunities for the company. Make recommendations on which opportunities TCRS should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc. Develop growth strategies that focused on both financial gain and client satisfaction. Developing and maintaining business development strategies. Work with support team to prepare proposals, profiles, presentation, new business estimates and business development reports.
