The specialist will be reporting to the Head of Sales Strategy & Enablement and will work cross-functionally to equip salespeople with the resources and tools they need to sell more effectively.ResponsibilitiesGeneralCollaboration in cross-functional projects representing the sales teamPerformance of administrative tasks to support the sales teamProvision of necessary information or tools that can support the work of the sales teamSales Efficiency & Deal Desk SupportSupport on the implementation of the sales processContent creation for the sales team training, such as presentations, manuals, and other materialPlanning, coordinating and deployment of the necessary training sales events and kick-offsSupporting product and service launches by providing the sales team with the tools needed to understand the solution for effective saleSupport on the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, reporting and complianceFollow up and tracking of operational initiatives with salesAssists in the management of data related to the tendering processFiling tender documentation and templatesSupport the Head of Sales Strategy and Enablement in any projects related to the departments functionRequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional multi-tasking abilitiesAdministrative and reporting skillsDetail orientedAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamPeople PersonTask oriented with a can-do attitudeA creative mindsetIn depth understanding of Learnlight s products or servicesSkillsAdvanced level of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)C1 level of English requiredWorking proficiency on Spanish, Italian, French or German, highly valuedEducation & ExperiencePreferable prior experience in sales training, sales support, or marketingPreferable work experience in other departments within the language training businessPreferable Bachelors degree in Business or related fields.People-Powered Culture:Wehave a flat, modern, meritocratic culture that valuesenthusiasm,initiative,and commitment above all else.Flexible Working:Learnlightis a fully distributed virtual business with staff in 30+ countries and offices in 9 European cities, so you get to choose where you work.
