BeXT provides dedicated HR resources, aligned to AWS Businesses and regions, to provide personalized support and subject matter expertise.BeXT is looking for a Training & Quality Program Manager to develop and implement standard quality assurance processes and adult learning curriculum for AWS BeXT Builders around the globe (including individual eLearning, instructor-led virtual classroom and instructor-led in-person classroom). We are open to locations where we have a good presence. Some of these locations include: London, Cape Town, Dublin, or MunichKey job responsibilitiesAs Training & Quality Program Manager, youll be responsible for: Creating and maintaining all training and knowledge center content for BeXT globally Coordinating the new hire learning experience with cross-functional teams Implementing process certification programs for BeXT globally Developing quality assurance processes for BeXT global processes including Talent Management, Performance Management and Employee Relations Reviewing various metrics related to attrition, training & onboarding experience, performance, and engagement to improve BeXT satisfaction Implement technology to accomplish these tasks through automation, allowing the team to scale Computing and analyzing quality data to implement training projects to improve quality of BeXTAbout the teamThe AWS Builder Experience or BeXT Team is a new initiative to re imagine HR and the employee experience at AWS. We work backwards from the employee to define a cohesive, human-centered experience, and then evolve the enabling technologies and business processes.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate will possess a balanced mix of quantitative, consultative, and facilitation/leadership skills. They will have a documented track record of driving change; leading and facilitating teams that have significantly improved processes, training, and leading in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Additionally, they should have: Broad understanding of HR generalist work and/or experience as an HR generalist Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership Experience building, executing and scaling training programs within global organizations Experience using Learning Management SystemsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Masters degree in HR, Adult Learning, Training & Development or a related field Experience serving diverse audiences in global organizations. Experience in the digital advertising space. An unfailing passion and capacity to advocate on behalf of our employees/customers. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate varied stakeholders around a compelling vision. Ability to define, manage, and prioritize your own work, juggling multiple projects, possibly with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. Well versed in adult learning theory and able to evaluate learning effectiveness and impact.
