Candidate Consultant (Internal recruitment) - 3 month contract The Faircape Group constitutes a group of companies with interests in a number of activities including Healthcare, Retirement Holdings, Telecommunications and an ISP, Utility Management, infrastructure installation, Property Management and related activities.We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to make a great impact supporting our recruitment team.We are looking for an experienced candidate recruiter whowill be responsible forsourcing suitable candidates, interviewing, following employment processes and building relationships with internal and external partners as well as keeping abreast of recruitment trends and driving innovative solutions to source the best talent.We care about what we do, and we work to improve our service offering every day.Specific duties include, but are not limited to:Finding suitable candidates for permanent and contract positionsManage all candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experienceManage and assist in end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure that the best talents get the job, including drafting of job ads, candidate research, screening, interviews and reference checksWork closely with Managers to assess talent requirementsManage job postings on social media using niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.Help build a talent pipeline to create applicant pools and talent pipelinesBuild employer brand to attract talentQualificationsMatricExperience and knowledgeMinimum of 2 years recruitment experienceExperience placing healthcare staff high advantageousAbility to assess candidate's technical ability; identify and match candidate's behavioural traitsA sound understanding of and experience using social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. as a recruitment methodIn-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidatesSkills and AttributesA team player with a passion for excellence and a sense of urgency who knows how to follow through with processes and project timelinesStrong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills - used to juggling many roles at onceAble to maintain internal and external relationships with a diverse range of personalities, cultures, and departmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong decision making and analytical skillsThe ability to work well under pressureComputer literate - experience with the use of the Google Suite preferable (Google Drive, Sheets and Docs)Self-motivated, organized and detailed/results orientedSpecific RequirementsMust have a valid drivers licence and reliable vehicleClear health recordClear criminal recordClear credit recordContactable referencesVaccinated against covid-19 or prepared to be vaccinated prior to commencing workWorking hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 to 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break.
