Super opportunity apply today!ResponsibilitiesFinancial Effective delivery of roles that ensures cash flow is maximised via timeous billing and settlement of creditorsCustomer Deliver high quality outcomes of all work done and establish professional relationships that add value to customersInternal business processes Apply a right first time, every-time mindset to all work doneLearning & growth Active development of own skills and knowledge via on-the-job as well as formal training programsManage digital projects, website and app builds from ground up with Digital DesignerEnsure Client objectives are understood, service levels remain high, Client expectations are met (top quality briefs and proposals)Ensure Digital experiences are seamless, functional, and innovativeCollate all paperwork for invoicing (All CEs and POs on chase)Organise internal and external client meetings as requiredAssist with preparation of meeting agendas and take meeting minutes as requiredPut together presentation material for digital advertising and marketing campaignsMonitoring effectiveness of campaigns, planned properly and reported against objectives, KPIs and metricsInterpret, analyse, and report on JobsMaintain an active knowledge of industry and Digital Marketing trends to assist with advising clients about Digital Marketing landscape developmentsAssist with coordination of campaigns and paperwork for invoicingUse Chase programme accurately and fully.RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalentDigital or Marketing Agency experience with customer service and account managementFundamental understanding of marketing communications disciplinesStrong analytical skillsAn excellent relationship builder and collaboratorAbility to prioritise and multi-task while working in a busy teamAble to demonstrate flexibility and a professional approach at all timesPossess a can-do attitude with strong initiative.In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platformsEffective interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsThe ability to self-supervise in order to meet deadlinesHigh standard of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and oral English.Should you not receive a response within 5 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
