These positions are based at PE MultiUser Transport site, Port Elizabeth (Gqebherha).Role OutlineManaging the operation& their teams Meet and exceed operational service levels and manage the cost of labour Drive and develop team culture Delivery of Key Performance Indicators Quality Control Compliance with statutory and Company Policies and Procedures Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures Active participation in stock counts i.e. Planning, Preparation and Physical counting of stock Ensure daily and weekly workload planning and volume forecasting routines are accomplished Delivery of safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for Team Members Maximize accuracy, productivity and space utilization HR Issues - Managing Industrial Relations Maximize loading accuracy, productivity and space utilization Translate, analyze and deliver customer needs through effective operations Effective Leadership and Management of the operational and administrative teams Achievement of operational performance as defined by customer contract and KPI's Checking and making call offs to mitigate line stoppages.
