Media Coordinator


Duties include but limited to: Planning, organising, and coordinating media conferences and media launches and managing aspects of media accreditation to eventsOrganising and delivering a media operations platform at events both in preparation and during the eventManaging the provision of reception services of the organisationCoordinating commercial contracting workflowMaintaining commercial contact databasesUpdating commercial rights matrices and assisting in ensuring rights deliveryAssisting in preparing rights sales presentationsCoordinating commercial and communications department suppliersCarrying out background research and presenting findingsOrganising and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetingsOrganising travel and preparing complex travel itinerariesDevising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.Arranging travel and accommodation and on occasion, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations. Minimum Expertise & Experience Required: 3 - 5 years work experience as an executive secretary or administrator3 years project management experienceExperience in contract managementSupervisory experience is essentialPreviously worked at a stadium is essentialMedia operations and media accreditation essential
