JOB PURPOSE Strategically manage the growth of the Workday business across lines of service and regions. Manage the relationship with Workday, jointly developing a go-to-market approach that results in sustained business outcomes for PwC, Workday and our clients. Work closely with PwC client relationship partners and various Workday stakeholders to position PwC as a transformational partner. A. JOB PROFILE PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Job Profile PwC has an exciting new opportunity for a Workday Alliance Practice Lead. The main objective of the Practice Lead is to strategically lead the team to increase long-term revenue as well as performance of the client and PwC firm. Role Overall responsibility for growth and all related metrics, including team oversight and performance Develop and manage business relationships with key Workday stakeholders Establish PwC / Workday market presence Align to PwC GTM and build an FY Strategy with Alliance Lead Assist PwC in prioritisation of Workday solutions for capability building Track and report on the pipeline for PwC where Workday is the enabler Identify and quantify the business potential from assigned territory Work with Solution Management and Partners to specify the needs of target customers solution development Penetrate and develop new target customers in selected markets new business development Qualify and win selected sales opportunities Work closely with Workday leadership Write and present proposals to clients Interest in and awareness of technology trends, including competitive solution selling Review and oversee account plans in conjunction with Microsoft and PwC Industry and Client Partners Identifying and pursuing unique joint value propositions.
