Job Functions Administration,Coordinator,Quality Control,Research,Supervisor Industries Ngo / Non-Profit Specification JOB SPECIFICATIONResponsible for:Study coordinationYou will be required to;provide oversight and monitoring of recruiting, screening, enrolling and research data collection from participants.ensure that recruitment, screening, enrollment and retention targets are met, and systems are in place and implemented to meet agreed targets in a timely manner.ensure adherence to protocols and and ensure laboratory results for study participants have been obtained, referred to clinics, acted upon appropriately, and filed properly. liaise with appointed laboratories regarding sample collection, reporting, transport and supplies.coordinate transport of study documents to and from study site.oversee quality control of study documents. supervise scheduling and coordination of study participants visits.Stakeholder managementYou will be required to;hold regular meetings with stakeholders at facility-level to ensure smooth running of studyhold regular meetings with study staff to provide update on study progress and address any challenges hold meetings with internal stakeholders such as data management Staff managementYou will be required to;ensure staff have all the appropriate support and materials to complete their work.carry out duties of research assistants whenever the need arises.assign duties to study staff Study reportingYou will be required to;Report weekly on recruitment, enrolment targets. Report on any preventive and corrective actionsReport weekly on laboratory consumables.Update study documents (logs) weekly General AdministrationYou will be required to;Maintain inventory for all study documentation and suppliesResponsible for preparing participant files and documentsAssist in documenting discussions in all study meetings Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTSKnowledge of: Efficiency in Microsoft Office Research methods GCP training Work Experience Experience in research at least 3 years Experience in collecting and managing qualitative and quantitative data Experience working in Public Healthcare Facilities is advantageous At least 3 years experience coordinating projects/studies Minimum requirements:QualificationsDiploma, Bachelors degree or above.Advantageous RequirementTraining in HIV/AIDS managementProject Management CertificateWillingness to travel Skills requiredGood report writing and communication skills. Good presentation skills.
