If you feel you have what it takes to fill this role then please send in your updated CV to ****** Duties & ResponsibilitiesDefine the PMO strategy and lead the design and implementation of a common project management methodology, standards and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects;Leverage Lean / Agile approaches as a strategic tool to influence culture change and business value generation;Performing the role of an Enterprise Agile Coach, building relationships with stakeholders across Vitality and other business units by helping them to understand new ways of working;Assist the business in the designing the organisational structure changes required to support the evolution of high-performance teams, as well as designing physical workspaces to encourage effective collaboration;Lead the execution of PMO governance, reporting and review framework to provide a holistic view of all organizational project activity;Manage interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated;Identify and define the major strategic issues for the organization and integrate diverse stakeholders to inform the development and prioritisation of project initiatives and proactively understand the mitigate risk;Define the portfolio Management framework and processes (this includes prioritisation, solutioning and benefits realisation frameworks, and effectiveness of the frameworks to deliver strategic value);Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with project leaders and senior stakeholders, assess cross-functional project team, provide coaching, training and support to enhance the PMOs project / program management capability, and improve collaborative development and project results andLeading, mentoring, and coaching individuals and teams, who may or may not be direct reports.Desired Experience & QualificationEducation and Experience:Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering and/or Information Technology advantageous;Scaled agile certifications (SAFe, DAD, etc) advantageous and10 years or more experience in programme / portfolio management, enterprise agile coaching and general management.Personal Attributes and SkillsKnowledge:Advanced knowledge of new ways of working and ability to express new concepts and processes of the business;Deep understanding of project management concepts (e.g demand management, prioritization, approval processes, reporting, issue / risk resolution, dependency management, financial tracking, scheduling, capacity planning, etc) and multiple project management tools and methods;Deep understanding of Lean / Agile concepts, frameworks and methodologies (including SAFe, DAD, Scrum, Kanban and others), and their application at the enterprise scale;Extensive experience in Enterprise Agile Coaching, including facilitation, mentoring, training and coaching of business stakeholders in many types of situations, from simple to complex;Solid knowledge of DevOps and Continuous concepts and their implementation within Lean / Agile teams andExperience in developing and delivering organizational change management programmes.Behavioural Skills:Advanced management skills in organization, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation. Proven ability to build and effectively manage high-performing, self-managing teams that work well in a complex environment;Good influencing skills: Able to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external networks;Excellent negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills.
