Administrative Officer

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.The successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.DutiesManage office supplies stock and place ordersMaintain and update company databasesPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsAnswer queries by employees and clientsOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsUpdate office policies as neededBook meeting rooms as requiredMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointmentsDistribute and store correspondenceArrange travel and accommodationsPrepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assignedSchedule external and in-house eventsRequirementsProven work experience as an Administrative Officer or related roleSolid knowledge of office proceduresExperience with office management software like MS Office package MS Excel and MS WordStrong organization skills with a problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailExcellent Grade 11-12, diploma, degree in Office Administration is a added advantage
