Solid understanding of HR Systems, Functions, and related Processes. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Documentation of Processes (As-Is / To-Be) and End User Training Materials (i.e., Job Aids, Manuals, Newsletters etc.) Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documentation. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Providing training and coaching. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Staying up to date on the latest HR process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Performing requirements analysis as applicable. Performing user acceptance testing as applicable. Required Professional Expertise: A bachelors degree in business or related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR Functional, Documentation, Process experience or a related field. Experience creating detailed reports, training material, HR process flows and design Experience creating and presenting giving presentations. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent documentation skills. Conceptual thinking skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. A history of supporting successful projects.
