Description Qualifications: National Diploma in Finance or a related finance qualificationA minimum 5 years related experience within the Short-term insurance industry.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Job description & SkillsPreparation of monthly premium statements for brokers and direct clients.Preparation of monthly debtors reports.Monitoring premium collections against prior month and prior year.Monthly reconciliation of client accounts.Allocation of premiums received against premium processing in the general ledger.Identifying premiums for bad debt write-offs.Identifying foreign exchange differences.Liaising with the underwriting department, brokers, clients and producing offices to resolve queries.Capturing of debtors collectionsRefunding clients for over-payment of premiums.Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.Petty cash management/reconciliation.Credit card reconciliation to submitted expense accounts and slips.Assisting the finance department with various ad-hoc functions.If you possess the relevant qualifications, meet the minimum requirements and/or fit the job description for this finance vacancy, and are ready to take control of your next career move, please contact me today!Please visit our website.special-hidden { display: none; }Id Subtitle
