What does the role of Assistant Store Manager - Retailer involve?
You will motivate and lead your team, training and developing them as well as taking into consideration their input to help drive team performance.
Take ownership of your team's financial goals and actively help your team to achieve KPIs and targets.
As the assistant store manager you will live and breathe the company values and lead by example to the rest of your team.
You will ensure store departments have team members readily available to assist customers and offer relevant knowledge of products on offer.
What qualities do you need to be successful?
You will have experience in retail.
You will be a well organised person with good time management.
You are an enthusiastic leader with great communications skills and a proven track record of successfully leading and developing a team and are highly skilled in creating a strong commercial performance.
You will have a strong understanding of the key principles of the shopping experience and customer's expectations.
