NJR are working with an exciting business based in Trafford Park, who Import and Export clothing, footwear and accessories and work with both well-known high street names and online retailers.
They now have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Shipping Clerk to join their team.
An ideal candidate is someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, communicate across internal teams and pick up new skills quickly.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting the Shipping Manager on International shipments
Working alongside a Shipping Administrator (based in China)
Creating and maintaining traffic cards based on supplier packing lists
Receipting in goods to stock
Checking final documents- packing lists and commercial invoices
Sending GRNs at receipt stage
Communicating posted purchase invoices to the finance team
Liaising with 3rd party warehouse on clearing of goods from Bond
