General Manager required to take total responsibility for delivering an outstanding service in a popular destination dining concept. With a high daily average footfall you will be in charge of making sure your customers leave with an unbeatable experience that they will remember.

What the role involves:

Running of day to day activities

Take responsibility for the results and successes of the store

Managing staff rotas

Deal with customer complaints

Ensure new marketing updates and POS are implemented

Recruit, train, coach and develop staff to ensure optimal performance

Delivering exceptional service

The clients ideal candidate:

Has management experience within the restaurant trade

Experience with managing budgets, labour and key controllable costs

Forward thinker who plans ahead and can be ready for any situation

An influencer who is able to take control of their staff to ensure optimal outcomes
