A well-recognised, luxury retailer based in the heart of Leeds is looking for new leadership!

As a Store Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop your team to ensure consistent delivery on standards,

customer service and product knowledge to maximise your stores sales potential and


To succeed in this role, you will come from a high-end luxury retail background, understanding the

customer journey and have managed a team, ideally, you will be proficient in this role already however

those with experience as an assistant manager or similar roles will also be considered.

The role

  • Leading, motivating and mentoring your store teams to drive a customer-first approach
  • Implementing our established retail processes whilst looking for ways to improve them
  • Keeping on top of core retail operational procedures such as inventory, P&L etc
  • Reporting performance metrics and demonstrating your understanding of KPIs to improve your store results
  • Individual coaching
  • Ensuring the store always looks immaculate and in line with the brands visual merchandising standards.
  • You will be highly focused on proactively developing the clientele

  • You have experience in all facets of running a store, including budgeting and planning, retail operations and merchandising
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication
  • You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems
  • You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary
