ABOUT THE PERSON
Shropshire Petals specialise in eco-friendly petal confetti and dried flowers, we are a diverse company selling on multiple sales channels and expanding each year. We have a high focus on costs, constantly working to improve our profitability as well as our sales.
The successful candidate should be highly motivated and ambitious. We believe in developing people's skills so they must be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate, support and develop the existing team.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Management:
Develop business structure & strategy.
Improve efficiencies & profitability.
Business planning.
People Management:
Management and coaching of 12 full time members of staff.
Setting staff objectives in line with the three-year business plan.
HR management.
Budgeting & Business Analytics:
Setting of 3-year budgets alongside the Accounts Manager.
Annual analysis of brand and sales channel profitability.
Pricing strategy.
Operations:
Overseeing the planning and operations of the harvest.
Overseeing the efficient running of Dispatch alongside the Dispatch Manager.
SALARY
Between £40,000 - £55,000 based on experience
WORKING HOURS
8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-4pm on Friday
Hybrid working will be available, however 3-4 days per week are expected in the office.
