Purchasing Administrator

Key responsibilities will typically include:

  • Prepares purchase orders, place POs with the relevant suppliers and manage all related queries
  • Booking couriers
  • Arranging Clients and Suppliers collections
  • ERP system data input ensuring 100% data accuracy.
  • Ensuring 100% of Purchase Orders are acknowledged within agreed SLA times
  • Talking to suppliers, updating systems, stock control, price negotiations
  • Manages the office supplies orders (stationary, food supplies, etc)
  • Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies (quantity or invoice)
  • Purchasing related administration

Ideal Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant purchasing administration or order processing or logistics or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience using a database or ERP system or CRM or ordering system
  • Effective communicator, who enjoys being the go-to person in the team.
  • Works well under pressure, to tight deadlines maintaining attention to detail
  • Highly organised
