Based at their hub of operations in Oxford you will be working with top FM professionals to maintain compliance with processes and standards across 72 registered NHS sites. (A great opportunity to boost your network!)

Day to day you'll be working as part of a facilities services team. Supporting those in the field with relevant spreadsheets and documents such as risk assessments, test results etc. Updating relevant documents, coordinating works for Engineers and including necessary works on PPM schedules.

Due to the more admin nature of the role a good understanding of Microsoft Excel is a must, alongside some experience using software such as PowerBI.

This is a really varied environment so there will be a lot to learn in your first few months but once you're up to speed it'll mean you'll be in an interesting job, part of a good team with an employer who is making a positive impact within your community.
