What will the role entail?
- To maintain both weekly and long term production plans and schedules to assist in production efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction through daily contact regarding orders
- To receive and interpret daily customer shipping requirements incl. supporting with logistics, packaging and labelling specifications
- To maintain weekly production schedules assisting in production efficiency
- To co-ordinate line inventory checks of all parts and packaging, ensuring stock levels are in line with company policy Including coordinating and carrying out inventory checks at off-site warehouses
- To arrange ordering of parts including weekly analysis of requirements & consumable items
- To ensure availability of packaging for all finished goods
- To ensure the availability/accuracy of all shipping documents including invoices

- Background in supply chain / inventory / production planning
- Experience of working in a pressured environment and effectively managing competing demands in short timescales
- Experience of working as part of a dynamic team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Competencies working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
- Good IT skills
- A flexible approach and the ability to work effectively with others
- Attention to detail with an ability to work autonomously and with appropriate reference to more senior colleagues
- Good use of time management and priority planning
