An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager!

We are currently working with an exceptional care provider to find a new Registered Home Manager. The home has been refurbished to create a beautiful setting for the service users as well as the staff. The company has also created a purpose-built home, with the latest design and equipment to ensure that all service users are able to live as independently as possible. Our client prefers to hire experienced managers; therefore, the candidate will need at least 2 years of experience within a management role. The Registered Home Manager role will consist of working with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the best standard of care is provided. As well as this, you will need to be confident in budget management, recruitment, assessments, and appraisals. The biggest aim for the Home Manager will be to increase profits and occupancy, therefore, the candidate will need experience in successfully pursing the same goals.
The candidate will also need to have excellent knowledge of CQC compliance as it is the responsibility of the Home Manager to ensure that all quality and standards of care are met.
