Come join an HR team well known for their friendliness. An established organisation in Carmarthen with a top reputation is looking for a Temporary Part-time HR Assistant (this position can also be full time).You will enjoy managing varied HR administration in a busy HR Department.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working alongside the HR Team, you will assist them with a variety of HR admin duties. You will:
- Be first point of contact for all general HR queries
- Issue recruitment and new starter documentation
- Assist with new starter pre-employment checks
- Update and maintain personnel records on HR system
- Process data onto the HR system maintaining total confidentiality at all times
- File documents on HR personal files
- Assist the HR Team with scanning and photocopying
- Cover for team members during annual leave, sickness absence
- Liaise with Senior Management, Managers, Supervisors and other employees
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Be available for a 3 month assignment
- Have previous experience of office administration
- Have excellent communication skills both orally and written
- Have strong organisation skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Have high level of confidentiality and discretion essential in an HR department
- Have excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
