What are the key duties for the Lettings Manager role?

  • Researching the market to drive and increase on lettings market share
  • Ensuring maximum business opportunities are followed through
  • You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and get out / hit the phones to win/retain business
  • Negotiating and liaising between tenants and landlords
  • Lead and business generation
  • Manage the team and set clear structures for the day
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly
  • Ensure that compliance is followed during move in process

The Lettings Manager working hours:

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

(1 in 4 Saturdays to be worked during peak seasons - Oct-Jan)
