INTERNAL RECRUITMENT MANAGER
SOUTH BIRMINGHAM
Basic salary £25,000 to £35,000
Hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Our client is a successful, well-established, multi branch domiciliary agency looking to add a Recruitment Manager to head up the internal recruitment teamThe role is based at our clients head offices where the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of all our clients recruitment needs and processes The Employee Life Cycle
Main duties will include:
Complete robust checks on new candidates, all background checks to ensure safe placement of carers Developing effective administrative systems
Oversee and manage the internal recruitment team of 4 consultants ensuring they are issuing offers of employment and processing contracts, and ensuring that eligibility to work information is checked and kept on file
Ensure new staff have full shadow, support and mentoring from induction and throughout their employment with the company
All staff documentation has been uploaded to computer system and CareHub
Take part in the relevant training courses needed to ensure the practices you perform as a Recruitment Manager are compliant with Regulatory bodies
Maintain accurate records of sickness / absence and leave of care staff and report to Human Resources to update records
Maintaining the companys Registration with the Care Quality Commission to ensure a GOOD rating as minimum standard is achieved
Meet weekly compliance targets agreed with the Branch Manager and Operations Manager and produce a weekly log of compliance activities
Ensure all DBS and Reference Checks are processed and chased up
Support the Head of HR, in designing and delivering recruitment and selection training to internal recruitment consultants, manage KPIs and staff performance
