We are currently looking for a motivated Estate Agent who is looking to make the move into Recruitment or existing recruiter with volume based recruitment experience to work from our offices in South Cerney. Magnus James are specialist Property Recruiters with clients throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on providing clients with exceptional levels of service and are looking for a driven, relationship-based candidate who is looking to take their first steps into the world of Property Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will be money motivated, well spoken, willing to learn and above all else driven to succeed within Property Recruitment.

We make no bones that recruitment isn’t easy, however we will provide you with all of the tools to develop your career and with the right attitude you WILL succeed!

Property Recruitment Consultant responsibilities will include;

-Candidate Resourcing (Identifying CV’s, Interviewing Candidates)

-Writing Job Adverts

-Responding to applicants who have applied through job adverts

-Name generation of main recruitment contacts

-Adding information to Magnus James’ internal database

-Client business development

-Registering new vacancies & taking details from the client

-Arranging interviews

-Giving / Receiving feedback

-Negotiating T&C’s

-360 degree recruitment
