Part-time HR Admin

OVERVIEW

Are you in a position to be looking for a new part-time HR Administration opportunity?

The role will be a 20 hour week role, however how that looks and what days/hours are worked is open, so it could truly fit around your own commitments!

You will be required to work from the office, however that will give you the office presence to support the HR team and your colleagues and employees and get that social interaction that is so important in HR.

You’ll be working in a small, friendly and supportive team and a supportive wider environment. This business has grown from having only 20 heads 2 years ago, to now sitting at 200 heads, so they are certainly in a period of growth and there will be lots to get stuck into!

£20,000 - £22,000 FTE.

THE ROLE

  • Maintain and update the Company intranet page
  • Provide basic HR support to employees as appropriate
  • Post all new vacancies onto the Company ATS and manage applications
  • Issue contracts / offer letters / onboarding documents to new starters
  • Manage reference requests for new starters
  • To work closely with the HR Manager regarding new starter processes, DBS checks, reference requests and other recruitment related paperwork
  • Maintain HR systems, updating new starter / leaver details
  • Running reports from the HR database as and when required for the purpose of auditing, monitoring and training
  • Attending HR meetings to take notes as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous HR experience advantageous
  • Confident in using MS office
  • Previous use of HR database systems / recruitment platforms highly desirable
  • Experience of working in a generalist administration role
  • Approachable & friendly with fantastic communication skills
