Maxwell Stephens are delighted to have been asked by the client to recruit for the role of Junior Property Manager.
This role is a mix of property and facilities management working on a nationwide portfolio. It is a relatively small team but good potential for someone to learn and develop and grow with the business.
You will be responsible for matter for multi-let and single-let properties.
What you will be doing
In this role you will manage and prepare the delivery of the service charge while driving the budgeting process.
As well as this you will deal with tenants application for alterations, assignments, wayleaves and sub-lettings in liaison with Property Managers.
You will manage health and safety and ensure all the assessments have been undertaken while ensuring that works are undertaken in order to comply with Health and Safety regulations.
This role will see you providing and reviewing the planned preventative maintenance for the properties.
As part of this role you will check, approve or challenge invoices on all properties as appropriate to agreed authority limits.
