About the Role

I am representing a National Provider for a Home Manager who puts care first. So much so that this service is accredited on the Gold Standard framework and is listed 9.6 on the Care Home review scores.

As Home Manager you will receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000, 33 days annual leave as well as incredible support from the regional team to ensure the very best care is taken both for your development and the residents needs.

The Company And The Service

As Home Manager in Northampton, you will be working for a Large National provider who place their emphasis on quality by having kindness at the heart of their ethos.

The Home provides personalised care and for a number of high needs dementia and general nursing. This refurbished property simply put is a stunning building, with high ceilings and a luxurious feel that the residents love reminding them more of a hotel than a care home.

Requirements

To apply, you will need to have:

  • NMC nursing pin
  • Home management experience, within an elderly care setting
  • A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
  • An NVQ in social care management

If you are a friendly Home Manager with excellent leadership abilities, solid values about quality care provision and experience of managing teams to deliver first-class dementia care to service users, then this could be the job for you.
